Check in time is 3:00 PM and check out time is anytime before noon. The hotel will make every effort to personalize your stay if provided ETA information at time of reservation. Late check out requests may be made through the front desk only and are subject to determination based on resort occupancy. The following additional charges will apply should there be unapproved late check out.

We will be happy to assist you from 6:00 AM to midnight, Mondays to Sundays.

We also accept payment through Visa, Mastercard, JBC and other International Credit Cards or Debit Cards.

Deposit/ Guarantee

A Php 3,000.00 incidental deposit per room/ per night is required upon check in which is refundable upon check out. 

Rebooking Policy

Since accommodation is prepaid, we do not accommodate cancellations.  Only rebooking or modification will apply based on the following guidelines:

Maximum Occupant Capacity per Room

Premium de Luxe (FARIDA):  2 adults and 2 kids (additional three persons allowed)

Junior Suite (NANDA): 2 adults and 2 kids (additional three persons allowed)

Executive Suite (RATNA): 2 adults and 2 kids (additional four persons allowed)

Super Executive Suite (RATNA): 2 adults (additional two person allowed)

Matrimonial Suite (ANISA): 2 adults and 2 kids (additional three persons allowed)

Family Suite (LESTARI): 4 adults and 2 kids (additional two persons allowed)

Presidential Suite (RAJA): 2 adults and 2 kids (additional two persons allowed)

The resort strictly implements the policy on maximum occupant capacity per room.  Should the number of occupants exceed the maximum number allowed, third/ extra person fee as shown below applies.


Third/ Extra Person Fee

Room rates are listed under two adults and 2 kids aged 12 below which comes with free breakfast for two adults and 2 kids aged seven below. Kids aged eight to twelve are charged for breakfast.

Additional adults sharing a room will incur a charge of Php 3,355.00 per night, per person.  Said charge is inclusive of breakfast and extra bed.

Additional kids sharing a room will incur a charge of Php 2,500.00 per night, per person.  Said charge is also inclusive of breakfast and extra bed.

No Visitors Allowed

In-house guests are not allowed to receive or entertain visitors (friends, family members and relatives) within the resort premises.

Incidental Charges

It is the guest’s responsibility to respect Highland Bali Villas Resort and Spa premises and handle with utmost care its contents, including decorative objects, furniture, fabrics, bedding and other items issued for use. The hotel reserves the right to claim monetary compensation to replace missing or damaged objects which include but are not limited to the following:

Room Key: Php 500.00

Umbrella: Php 750.00

Face towel: Php 250.00

Hand towel: Php 300.00

Bath mat: Php 700.00

Pool or bath towel: Php 1.000.00

Stained pillowcase: Php 500.00

Stained flat sheet: Php 2,000.00

Stained duvet cover: Php 3,500.00




Bringing in food and drinks inside the resort is strictly not allowed. Soraya Restaurant and our Pool Bar can accommodate your hunger and thirst. Your room comes with a Mini Bar. You can also buy snacks in our Convenience Store.

The following corkage applies for alcoholic drinks:

  • Php 200.00/ beer bottle/ can
  • Php 500.00/ local alcohol bottle
  • Php 1,000.00/ imported alcohol bottle

Food corkage will be charged double its value.


Child Policy

Children 12 under are free of charge if using existing bedding. Should you require extra bed, the resort will charge Php 1,000.00 per night.

Smoking Policy

Highland Bali Villas Resort and Spa aims to be a 100% non-smoking facility as per Executive Order No. 26. As requested by our smoking guests, we have designated smoking areas situated away from the crowd. Smoking is not permitted in common areas, inside the rooms including balconies. Should it be determined that smoking has taken place inside the room, the resort will charge the value equivalent to one night room accommodation as cleaning fee, placed on the guest folio before or after check-out.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed inside the resort premises.  Should it be determined that guests have brought in their pets, the resort will charge Php 5,000.00/ pet as cleaning fee, also placed on the guest folio before or after check out.


Fees, Taxes & Service Charge:

Additional 12% VAT and 5% Service Charge.

Parking Rules and Regulations

Park your car only at designated parking spaces.

Only authorized vehicles are permitted to park inside the resort.

Park your vehicles within the line marks.

Do not leave valuable thing inside your car. The resort will not be liable for their loss.

Your vehicle should not block the entrance, emergency exit, or exit of other drivers from the parking area.

The following are considered breach of regulations set by the resort:

  • Misuse of parking area
  • Prohibited use of parking space
  • Cleaning the car within the premises
  • Physical and/or verbal abuse to the security officer/person assisting you in parking the car.

Breach of regulations may result to :

  • Vehicle removal at owner’s expense
  • Termination of car park rights

Resort has the right to pursue actions for damage to property / goods / or injuries sustained / loss of lives / and such other claims caused by the negligence or wrongful act of the vehicle owner / driver while using the car park.

For non-resort guests, park at your own risk. HBVRS Management will not be held responsible for loss or damage caused to the vehicle or its contents.
